Interview hours are the total duration of your meetings. For example, a 30-minute interview uses half an hour regardless of how many participants join.
What is AI Moderator?
AI Moderator is our intelligent meeting assistant that helps facilitate discussions, take notes, summarize key points, and answer questions during your meetings using natural voice conversation. It is included in every session across all plans.
How does the Free Trial work?
The Free Trial gives you 0.5 hours of interviews with AI Moderator included in every session. No credit card required. After your trial, choose a paid plan to continue.
Who counts as a participant vs. an observer?
Participants are the people on camera — moderators and respondents. Observers watch and listen live without appearing in the session, so your whole team can follow along without affecting the interview.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and can arrange invoice billing for Enterprise customers.
What happens if I exceed my minutes?
When you reach your monthly interview minutes, you won't be able to start new interviews until your next billing cycle begins. You can upgrade your plan at any time for more minutes — upgrades take effect immediately.
